Bakerella

When Angie first came to me with ideas for freshening up her web design at Bakerella I was a virtual Candyland of emotions. After getting caught up in an hour long perusal of her amazing photos and posts, I couldn’t have denied the job if I wanted to…I was enchanted with her creativity and excited by the challenge.

Little did I know I would serve more as a Project Manager than designer on this project! And while Angie won’t admit it, she could have handled the whole thing on her own; this lady is a designer from the word “Go”! She sent me page after page of detailed .psd files to create to specs and ready for conversion.

And that’s just what I did. I played the part of Girl Friday…or more commonly known, Project Manager, creating PSD lay-outs from her files and writing specs for PSD to XHTML Conversions on more than a dozen templates and custom scripts for the final WordPress Theme Integration.

I’ve spent a good amount of time with Angie in the past few months and she is as much a treat as her site. Committed to detail, generous in spirit, soft-spoken, and every bit the baking genius her site reveals her to be, I am proud to be involved in this project.

Please take time to salivate over click around her blog at www.bakerella.com!
