I don’t know whose shadow I’d be, but this photo and your question made me think of the Steven Curtis Chapman song Lost in the Shadow, particularly the lines, “So I’ll hide in His shadow/until I am nothing and He is everything.”

I’d be my own shadow.

I’m with Kristin. I like me, and I wouldn’t want to live anyone else’s life.
But Bethany, that is really cool.

Peter Pan’s! Then I can get away and do my own thing. Until he sews me on to his shoes….

my daughter’s.
She’s eight and she has so much fun..
wish I were eight so we could be bff and do all the fun things she is constantly doing!

I think I’m afraid of shadows … because the one that follows me around is so different than me … must outweight me by at least 50 lbs! Go figure. That said, I forgot about Peter Pan’s shadow. Thanks Aileen for the reminder … being Peter’s shadow might be fun. I choose him.

hmm … introspection … I like Christina’s comment – I’d love to follow my six-year-old around during a school day!
